Homepage
The page on which you entered our website is the Homepage. Here you can find the latest news plus a short description of who we are and the products we offer. On the left side you will see the menu option which you can use to access the various sections of the shop.
Search
If you are looking for a specific product or related products, you can find it very fast via the search engine. The complete selection can be searched on producer, title and description.
Products
You can browse the complete assortment via the product categories. This is where the real shopping begins. Each category contains a list with different products. Where there are a large number of products available you can scroll through the list. By means of a short description you can quickly decide if you would like to order a product or view a more detailed description. By clicking on the title name you are given the complete product description with the opportunity to order the chosen product.
Basket
Each product ordered ends up in your basket where you can see a complete list of all your selections and a total order amount. When you are in your basket, you can choose to alter your selections or, if necessary, remove some products.
Check out
When you have all of your desired products in your basket, you can complete your purchase via the Check out. Here you can enter your address and, if you wish, a delivery address for your order. Further down you can indicate how you would like to pay. By online payment you will be directed to 'TripleDeal Internet Payments'. They ensure the safe completion of the payment without our having access to the payment details, e.g. credit card details. When the payment has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation will also be sent by mail.

Our guaranties and terms regarding the delivery of our products can be found in the section Terms of delivery. Here you can also find where and when you can contact us.
Reaction / response page
All the questions you may have about our products, services and about the shop can be asked via our Reaction page. We would appreciate it if you send us a message with your shop experience. We will handle all reactions seriously and respond as quickly as possible.
